Terms & Conditions

• All rates, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of 14% value added tax
• All rates, unless otherwise stated, are quoted in South African Rands
• Rates are valid between 1 February and December 2014
• Rates are commissionable at 10% to registered agents
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice
• No children under 14 years of age are permitted on the estate or in the spa
• Reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit is paid or credit card details are provided

Kievits Kroon Winelands Spa

• Should you wish to make a reservation for the Spa, you are advised to do so in advance as the hotel cannot guarantee availability.
• Reservations for the Spa need to be pre-paid and confirmed in writing. For direct bookings contact us on 0860 543 8487 or reservations@kievitskroon.co.za.
• Wet areas are available to hotel guests, free of charge, from 7:30am - 8:00am and again from 5:00pm - 7:30pm.

Cancellation Terms & Conditions

• All reservations must be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

• Only written cancellations will be accepted, which will be acknowledged by our reservations office.
• 50% of the total payment is payable if the reservation is cancelled 7 to 14 days prior to arrival.
• 100% of the total payment is payable if the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.
• Should you not arrive on the date you have booked, and have not cancelled your booking, you will be debited with a no-show fee for the entire stay.
• The above cancellation policy does not apply to rooms that form part of a group

Additional notes

• Your booking is not guaranteed unless the deposit is paid or credit card details are provided. A 100% deposit will be deducted from the credit card.
• Check-in time is from 2:00pm on the day of arrival.
• Check-out time is until 10:00am on the day of departure.
• A 7.5% discretionary service fee will be charged on all food and beverage items.
